The hotel's vibrant and regal Indian-themed interiors truly gave me a sense of warmth and comfort throughout my stay. The general areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, and the ambiance was lively yet peaceful, making it a perfect setting for relaxation.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is more attentive and considerate service from the children working there.

I chose this hotel for a conference due to its featured amenities such as the business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. These facilities made my stay convenient and catered well to my work needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference room within the hotel premises.

The hotel's location was perfect for family outings, with easy access to the Al Ghurair Shopping Mall, where we enjoyed a wide array of food and entertainment options. The little eateries and shops around the area created a cozy vibe, making it perfect for a family day out. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time with the family.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having more kid-friendly activities, as my children wished for more entertainment options specifically designed for families.

Located right on the marina, this hotel is conveniently near the international airport and several restaurants. It is also next to al- ghurair mall, making shopping an easy activity. The room service is prompt and the rooms, though small, are neat and clean. The staff is generally cordial and polite.

Some staff members lack professionalism and do not offer adequate help when needed.

Cleaners were helpful and all staff welcoming. Electrician did a great job and the reception was decent. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location of this venue was perfect as everything was within reach in the old town area. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the airport which was quite convenient for us. The service was top notch with the staff providing us with various amenities such as room service, laundry, and shuttle services. The rooms were comfortable and had various facilities such as mini-bar, in-room safe and soundproofed walls. The dining experience was great as well, with the buffet breakfast being very filling and the dinner being outstanding. We loved the rooftop pool and the spa, which offered massages and other treatments.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic stay in an old town area with all the necessary amenities within reach.

We stayed at Lotus Grand for a special occasion and the reception staff made it unforgettable. They were interactive, helpful, and truly valued our needs. The location was convenient, with the Union train station nearby and plenty of shops including the amazing PAUL cafe for delicious pastries. We had a great experience and will definitely visit again.

I keep returning for the superb service and cozy rooms. The staff's help with sim cards on my first stay was memorable. The hotel has everything I need, from Wi-Fi and rooftop pool to massage and 24-hour room service. Perfect for my weekend getaway.

Oh, I just love it when the staff forgets to bring me fresh towels every day. So thoughtful of them to encourage me to conserve water!

We loved how close it was to the metro station, making transportation very convenient. The location was also great as it was near the mall and other establishments. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating and approachable.
